Longevity screening – exactly what is inside
One assessment that puts blood, body composition, movement, watch data and what you eat into a single picture. Below I lay out every block: what you do, what I do, how long it takes and where.
01Block by block
Five blocks of 2 hours. The interview is online, the rest happens in Gdańsk. Between the interview and the tests you collect data: blood, DEXA, food and watch.
Block 12 h · onlineInterview
Health history, injuries, medication, sleep, stress, previous treatment and what you have already tried. We decide what the main problem is and what to look for in the tests.
- you get the blood test list and DEXA instructions
- you set up Fitatu and start 7 days of food logging
- if you don’t wear a watch – we choose one together
Between blocks1–3 weeks · on your ownCollecting data
You get the blood tests and DEXA done yourself, anywhere, as soon as possible. For 7 days you log everything you eat in Fitatu. You wear the watch all the time, nights included.
- blood: list below, part of it free on NFZ
- DEXA: body composition + bone density
- Hevy: only if you train at a gym – otherwise the watch is enough
Block 22 h · GdańskInjury tests
Every place that hurts or used to hurt: clinical tests, joint ranges of motion, stability, compensations. I check what is fresh, what is old and what is connected.
Block 32 h · GdańskMovement patterns
Squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, gait – how your body really moves. We record the tests in AiKYNETIX, an AI-based motion analysis that measures angles and asymmetries from video.
Living far away? Blocks 2 and 3 can be done from video recordings following my instructions. Blocks 4 and 5 need the equipment – a visit to Gdańsk.
Block 42 h · GdańskFitness tests
Strength, endurance, capacity, mobility and balance in field tests: hang, triple jump, leg and trunk strength tests, a fitness test, among others. You get the result right away against norms for your age and sex.
Block 52 h · GdańskForce plates and dynamometer
Measurement, not eyeballing: Kinvent force and balance plates (left–right load distribution, jump, balance) and a dynamometer (strength of individual muscle groups in kilograms). Numbers we will come back to in a few months.
After the testsabout a week · meAnalysis
I put blood, DEXA, movement, strength, watch and food into one picture: what most likely sits behind the problem, what to change first and what to leave alone.
Debriefonline or GdańskResults and plan
We go through the results point by point. You leave with a training plan built around your body, a nutrition plan, sleep guidance, a set of apps and devices, and a list of specialists if something needs a doctor.
02Blood tests
You get them done yourself at any laboratory, ideally right after the interview. It is the same list I use in the xKinesi pilot.
- Lipids and heartlipid panel, apoB, Lp(a)
- Metabolismfasting glucose and insulin, HbA1c, uric acid
- Inflammationhs-CRP, ESR, homocysteine
- Hormonestestosterone, SHBG, estradiol, progesterone, FSH, LH, DHEA-S, prolactin, TSH, free T3, free T4
- Vitamins and mineralsvitamin D, B12, ferritin, magnesium, electrolytes
- Organsfull blood count, ALT and AST, creatinine with eGFR, albumin
03DEXA
Body composition and bone density – the most accurate measurement of muscle mass, fat and side-to-side asymmetry, at a trace radiation dose. Bioimpedance scales are off by several percentage points; DEXA is the reference point for the years ahead.
04Diet, training and lifestyle
I don’t judge a diet from a conversation – I look at 7 real days.
Everything you eat
For a week you log every meal, drink and snack in Fitatu – without tidying it up for show. From that I see protein, fibre, sugars, alcohol, meal timing and what is missing.
A free account is enough. You share the diary with me at the end of the week.
Your workouts
If you go to a gym and log workouts in Hevy, you connect it for me. I see volume, exercise selection and progress from the last months.
Not everyone trains at a gym and not everyone has Hevy – then the watch data and our conversation are enough.
Sleep, HRV, load
You wear the watch or ring from day one, nights included. From several weeks I read sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and training load – not from one good night.
I prefer WHOOP. Second choice is Oura Ring, Polar or Garmin (they give proper access to the data). If you don’t have a watch, we choose one at the interview.
05What you get
- Conclusions: what most likely sits behind the problem and in what order to tackle it.
- A report with numbers: blood, DEXA, ranges of motion, strength on the plates and dynamometer, fitness tests, watch, food – a reference point for the years ahead.
- A training plan built around your body and limitations.
- A nutrition plan based on your 7 days, not a diet from the internet.
- Sleep and recovery guidance.
- The set of apps and devices you really need – and the ones you don’t.
- A list of specialists if something needs a doctor, with what to ask them.
