Health you can measure and improve.
I am a physiotherapist and the founder of xKinesi. For years I have combined hands-on work with data: my own, my clients’ and the literature’s. This is where I write about what comes out of it.
About
Physiotherapist with [number] years of practice, three degrees in the health-tech space, 27 specialists consulted during my own diagnostic journey and [number] hours of courses and conferences. I work with clients one-to-one and build tools that merge device data, lab results and a daily journal into one picture.
What interests me most is what science still knows too little about: women’s health after forty, hormones, sleep, neurodivergence, and how all of these overlap in one person.
Health-tech, physiotherapy, [fill in].
Doctors, physiotherapists, coaches and therapists I consulted on my own results and decisions.
The list and counter will live in “Where I learn”.
xKinesi
An app that gathers data from wearables, lab tests and a journal in one place and shows what connects to what: sleep to recovery, load to pain, diet to blood results. Built on real data, in a pilot with [who: clients / specialists].
A project for women 40+
in preparationMenopause, perimenopause and neurodivergence: ADHD, autism, high sensitivity. In women over forty these overlap, yet medicine still treats them separately. I am preparing a project to change that: [one sentence on what it will be: programme / group / tool].
If you want to be the first to know when it launches, email me. One word is enough.
Articles and evidence reviews
One topic, every paper on PubMed, sorted into YES / NO / MIXED, with strength of evidence, journals and citations. Instead of headlines: counted.
- read →48 studies on GLP-1 and cartilage: 18 say YES, 5 NO, 6 have doubts. The mechanism is solid; the human evidence is not there yet.
